Target Applicant

SOAR is designed for businesses that are post-seed stage and in start-up, growth or expansion stage of the business life cycle.  Ideal candidates are companies that are trying to solve specific problems or overcome challenges as they seek to grow.

We seek business owners who are willing to listen to outside advice and commit to utilizing the experience and direction provided. 

Our Process

Applicants are asked to complete a business questionnaire and submit a resume and qualifications.  Upon acceptance, business owners are required to submit a targeted set of business documents: financials; plans; and, a description of needs.  In addition, the business owner will be required to provide a brief presentation on the business and its needs.  Each owner must be open to hard facts and be prepared to implement recommendations.
